and conciliations, with law students in the last two years of their studies and as a mandatory practice of the academic curriculum, to all those who lack the economic resources to hire the services of a lawyer, since it is an academic unit of legal creation, dependent on the law school.<\/p>\n<p>To assume regional, national and international leadership in the consolidation of conciliation as an alternative method of conflict resolution, as well as to encourage and promote in future lawyers ethical, moral and human values and commitment to the needs of the community in a state of ms-2\">Requisitos para usuarios<\/h3>\n                <\/a>\n                <div class=\"wysiwyg--single single--convenio\">\n                    <p>The Legal Clinic and Academic Conciliation Center will in all cases analyze the socioeconomic situation of the users in order to determine their economic capacity, in accordance with Article 30, paragraph 2 of Decree 196 of 1971, which established the legal consultancy service of the Law Schools as an academic unit of social projection that contributes to the access to justice of people with limited economic resources.<\/p>\n<p>These are requirements that the user must meet in order to access our legal services, in addition to other requirements that the Management may determine from time to time:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To be a natural person.<\/li>\n<li>Present original identity document (CC or CEx).<\/li>\n<li>Present the last utility bill of the place where you live.<\/li>\n<li>If the applicant is an employee, he\/she cannot earn more than 1.5 SMMLV.<\/li>\n<li>Belong to socioeconomic strata 1, 2 or 3.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n                <\/div>\n                <!-- <p class=\"paragraph pb-4\">\n                    El Consultorio Jur\u00eddico y Centro de Conciliaci\u00f3n Acad\u00e9mico en todos los casos analizar\u00e1 la situaci\u00f3n socioecon\u00f3mica de los usuarios con el objeto de determinar su capacidad econ\u00f3mica, lo anterior en concordancia con lo se\u00f1alado en el inciso 2 del art\u00edculo 30 del Decreto 196 de 1971, por medio del cual se estableci\u00f3 el servicio de consultor\u00eda
