The Universidad de San Buenaventura Cali offers to all its students and graduates different services, including labor intermediation, with the aim of disseminating the offers of the business sector, thus mediating in the process of insertion.

The Job Bank is for the exclusive use of students and graduates of the University’s undergraduate and graduate programs.

Recommendations when applying for vacancies

  • Read and be clear about the requirements of the vacancy profile and apply if you meet most of them.
  • Applications close to the publication of the vacancy are more likely to be considered in the selection process.
  • Be sure to send a resume according to the position for which you are applying, this is why it is recommended to have several resume templates.

 

Why should I register in the job center?

People registered in the Job Center will receive news and information related to this area by e-mail, as well as invitations to soft skills training free of charge throughout the academic semester. University Job Boards are an excellent tool that allows people interested in exploring the job market to reduce their time and money.

Likewise, the Alumni Relations Office and the Employment Office program various training activities in order to improve the competitiveness and insertion of our students and graduates:

  • Job fair.
  • Workshops, conferences and seminars for professional updating in competencies for working life.
  • Resume counseling.

 

Corporate Responsibilities

  • Companies will have the obligation to prove the veracity of the information published in the portal, if necessary.
  • Carry out the selection process respecting the conditions offered and indicated in the forms established by the Alumni Office.
  • Inform the San Buenaventura University Alumni Office at the time of cancellation and/or termination of the selection process.
  • Fill out the Evaluation of Service Received form.
  • Once the selection process is closed, inform the Alumni Office of the results of the Call for Applications.

 

Attention to Complaints and Claims:

 

  • Students, Graduates and Entrepreneurs who wish to file a complaint or claim about the service received by the Job Center must do so in writing via e-mail: bolsaempleo@usbcali.edu.co with the following information: Full name and surname, identification document, city of residence, clear description of the complaint or claim.
  • The Employment Exchange of the Universidad de San Buenaventura Cali sectional, will respond to complaints and claims within fifteen (15) business days of receipt by e-mail to the mailbox informed by the applicant.
