The University schedules solemn degree ceremonies 4 times a year. The student who aspires to graduate must comply with all academic and financial requirements stipulated in the Student Regulations (Year 2020) Articles 79 and complete the following process:
The dates stipulated by the University Secretary and the Academic Registrar’s Office are strictly enforced for the successful completion of the ceremonies. You must fill out the degree application form and pay the degree fees, as applicable.
Students who do not attend the Solemn Ceremony may receive their professional degree on the first working day after the degree ceremony at the University Secretary’s Office.
If for any reason you do not graduate, the documents will be forwarded to your academic program and you will have to reapply to be included in another ceremony according to the established dates.
To apply for a private degree, you must complete the above steps and in accordance with the provisions of the Rector’s Resolution No. A-823 of September 21, 2009, attach a letter sent to the Dean of the Faculty specifying the reason for the request for a private degree.
